Anti Counterfeit Sticker

The unique encrypted digital certificate eliminates the appearance of fake wine caps from the root.
Once the wine cap is opened, it cannot be used again, which effectively prevents the counterfeiting of wine caps.
Using a smartphone with NFC function, you can quickly read information and verify authenticity.
NFC technology can also be combined with other technologies such as blockchain to further enhance data security.

Description

Our Anti Counterfeit Sticker combines an NFC chip, brittle antenna and shrink-wrapped bottle-cap installation. The structure is intended to break when the wine closure is opened, linking a digital bottle identity with physical evidence that the original cap condition has changed.

Published Configuration

Anti Counterfeit Sticker Specifications

Match the sticker dimensions and break position to the bottle closure. Its short published reading distance requires the smartphone or reader to be placed close to the intended NFC tap area.

Cap Opening Sequence

Connect Bottle Opening with NFC Status

The brittle antenna is positioned so the bottle-opening action damages the NFC structure. The finished cap design must ensure the intended tear line crosses the sensitive part of the sticker.

1

Apply to the Closure

The sticker is shrink-wrapped over the approved cap and bottle-neck area.

2

Assign the Bottle

The unique identity is associated with the corresponding bottle or production record.

3

Verify Before Opening

A compatible NFC device reads the configured product or verification information.

4

Break During Opening

The opening action damages the brittle antenna so the original tag condition cannot be restored intact.

Bottle Compatibility

Confirm the Cap Geometry Before Sampling

  • Measure the cap height and outside diameter
  • Provide the bottle-neck diameter and shape
  • Identify the closure and capsule materials
  • Mark the position where the package opens
  • Define where the brittle antenna must break
  • Confirm the available printable area
  • Describe the shrink-wrapping process and equipment

The Sticker Does Not Prevent Physical Reclosure

The bottle may still be physically closed again after opening. The security value comes from damaging the original NFC sticker and creating evidence that the initial cap condition has changed.

Approve the break location and post-opening NFC response on a finished bottle sample.

System Definition

Separate Bottle Identity from Authentication Claims

The chip provides a unique identifier and 144-byte user file. A complete authenticity decision still depends on the buyer's data issuance, database, scan logic and handling of duplicated or previously opened identities.

Bottle Record

Link the tag identity to the bottle, batch, vintage, market or distributor record required by the project.

Consumer Response

Define whether a scan shows product information, validity status, opening status or another approved response.

Security Level

If the project requires dynamic cryptographic authentication, submit that requirement for chip and system compatibility evaluation.

Use-Case Comparison

Define the Primary Task for Each Bottle Program

Program Task Tag Function System Requirement Approval Check
Bottle authentication Provide an NFC bottle identity Controlled validity database and scan response Identity matching and duplicate handling
Opening evidence Break the brittle antenna with the cap Defined interpretation of post-opening status Physical break and NFC response after opening
Product information Provide close-tap access to bottle details Mobile destination or information platform Phone compatibility and tap position
Distribution traceability Associate a bottle with a unique record Channel, batch and event data management Data capture at required supply-chain stages
Production-Line Testing

Validate Shrink Wrapping on the Actual Closure

  • Confirm sticker alignment before shrinking
  • Check final fit without wrinkles over the antenna
  • Verify that the tap location remains identifiable
  • Read the tag after the complete wrapping process
  • Inspect adhesion during storage and transportation tests
  • Open the bottle using the intended consumer action
  • Confirm brittle-antenna damage after opening

Processing Conditions Must Be Confirmed

Send the packaging process and equipment conditions for sample evaluation.

Bulk production should follow approval on the actual bottle, closure and wrapping line.

Artwork and Bottle Data

Prepare the Finished Sticker Specification

  • Select the required base or customized color
  • Provide fixed logo and product artwork
  • Define any visible bottle or batch code
  • Submit the NFC value to be written
  • Confirm UID, printed code and bottle-record matching
  • Identify the intended consumer tap instruction
  • Approve the finished visual result on the bottle

Keep Critical Artwork Clear of the Break Zone

The brittle antenna and cap-opening line determine the functional security area. Artwork, cutting and application tolerances must be coordinated so the sticker breaks in the intended location.

Provide a dimensioned cap layout before final artwork approval.

Procurement Questions

Anti Counterfeit Sticker FAQ

How does the sticker detect wine-cap opening? +

The brittle antenna is positioned across the opening area. When the cap or shrink-wrapped closure is opened, the intended action damages the antenna and changes the original NFC condition.

Does the chip provide dynamic encrypted authentication? +

The published configuration identifies a SiC43NT rev.E chip, unique ID and 144-byte user file, but does not provide enough detail to confirm a specific dynamic-authentication method. Submit the required security architecture for compatibility evaluation.

Why is the reading distance approximately 0.6 cm? +

This configuration is designed for close-tap interaction at the bottle cap. Actual performance depends on the smartphone or reader, closure materials, bottle contents, installation position and finished shrink wrapping.

Can the sticker fit every wine bottle cap? +

No. The published sticker measures 56 × 25 × 0.2 mm. Compatibility depends on cap diameter, height, bottle-neck geometry, opening method and the position where the brittle antenna must break.

Can each bottle receive a unique NFC record? +

The chip provides a unique identifier and a 144-byte user file. Provide the bottle-data format and matching rules so UID, written content and any visible code can be associated with the correct bottle record.

What information is needed for bottle-cap samples? +

Provide the bottle and cap dimensions, closure material, opening method, shrink-wrapping conditions, phone or reader models, artwork, NFC data, required quantity, packaging preference and destination country.

Check the Sticker Against Your Bottle Closure

Send the bottle drawing, cap dimensions, opening method, shrink-wrapping conditions, NFC workflow, artwork and order quantity. We will review fit and sample requirements.
