Our NFC tag for tea cakes combines a printable paper face, JT5501 chip and adhesive sealing structure in a 110 × 30 mm format. It can assign an individual digital record to each compressed tea cake while supporting wrapper inspection, storage information and customer access by NFC tap.

Create One Digital Record for Each Tea Cake
Individual identification is most useful when the printed package, NFC record and authoritative tea database refer to the same cake.
Identify the Product
Define the tea type, product name, cake weight, producer and commercial SKU.
Assign the Batch
Connect the cake with the approved production date, harvest period and batch record.
Create the Identity
Encode a controlled URL or identifier and match it with the visible serial information.
Apply and Verify
Install the tag at the approved position and confirm that the correct tea record opens.
Match the Tag to the Tea Cake Package
Single Paper Wrapper
Apply the tag across a selected fold while keeping the antenna flat and accessible for a phone tap.
Inner Wrapper and Outer Box
Decide whether the NFC identity belongs to the individual cake, the retail box or both package levels.
Bamboo or Paper Container
Check surface texture, curvature, lid movement and the consumer's expected tapping position.
Foil-Lined Gift Box
Test the assembled box because hidden conductive layers can reduce standard NFC performance.
Multi-Cake Collection
Define whether every cake receives its own identity or one tag represents the complete gift set.
Long-Term Storage Pack
Evaluate adhesive and print stability under the expected storage environment without blocking package breathability requirements.
Structure Tea Cake Information by Record Type
| Record Type | Typical Fields | Update Responsibility | Customer View |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product identity | Tea type, cake weight, SKU and producer | Brand or product-data owner | Product description and specifications |
| Production batch | Harvest period, pressing date and batch number | Producer or packing facility | Approved batch information |
| Origin information | Region, garden and raw-material statement | Authorized sourcing-data owner | Verified origin content |
| Storage history | Warehouse, entry date and controlled status | Warehouse or collection operator | Selected storage information when provided |
| Brewing guidance | Tea quantity, temperature and steeping method | Tea brand | Product-specific brewing instructions |
| Package status | Active, opened, replaced or retired | Verification-system operator | Defined status or support message |
Support Long-Term Tea Cake Storage Records
NFC can provide access to a maintained record, but the passive tag does not independently measure storage conditions or automatically update the database.
Warehouse Entry
Associate the individual cake or batch with its receiving date, storage site and initial condition.
Storage Location
Record the assigned warehouse, room, cabinet or collection without storing extensive history directly on the tag.
Periodic Inspection
Use the identifier to open a controlled inspection record completed by the responsible operator.
Ownership Transfer
Define whether ownership or custody changes are recorded and who is authorized to make those changes.
Package Opening
Decide how the database should treat a cake whose wrapper or external seal has been opened.
Rewrapping
Create a controlled replacement procedure so a new package does not silently inherit an unverified identity.
Define the Result After the Wrapper Is Opened
| Package Event | Physical Observation | Digital Action | Operational Decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intact original package | Tag and wrapper match the approved condition | Display the active tea cake record | Continue normal handling |
| Normal customer opening | Seal shows the expected opening result | Retain product information or update package status | Follow the defined post-opening workflow |
| Unexpected prior damage | Seal, wrapper or printed data is inconsistent | Withhold an automatic positive conclusion | Inspect the package and supporting records |
| Rewrapped product | Original packaging has been replaced | Apply the authorized replacement-record process | Document who approved the change |
| Unknown identifier | Tag data does not match an active record | Show a controlled exception response | Route the case for investigation |
Test the Finished Tea Cake Package
Wrapper Adhesion
Check handmade paper, printed paper, fibers, dust and folds using the intended application pressure.
Phone Tap Position
Mark an intuitive tap area and test it with the fully wrapped tea cake and target phone models.
Outer-Box Interference
Repeat testing with the cake placed inside the final retail or collection box.
Storage Exposure
Evaluate samples under expected temperature, humidity and handling conditions for the required period.
Opening Result
Open the wrapper through the normal route and inspect label damage, readability and database response.
Printed Data Match
Compare the visible serial, batch and product details with the NFC-linked record.

NFC Tea Cake Tag Questions
Either model can be configured. Individual identification requires a unique encoded record and matching printed data for each cake, while batch identification connects multiple cakes with one controlled batch record.
This passive NFC tag does not independently measure temperature, humidity or time. It can provide access to storage records entered by an authorized person or connected system.
Compatible NFC-enabled smartphones may read the configured tag. The finished wrapper, outer box, tag position, encoded record and intended phone models must be tested together.
The buyer defines whether the record remains informational, changes to an opened status or requires manual review. The physical tag cannot update a backend status without a corresponding system action.
The tag provides an electronic identity and physical sealing feature. Authentication depends on the selected chip, encoded data, authoritative product records and verification workflow.
Foil can interfere with a standard NFC antenna. Test the complete package or place the tag on a suitable nonconductive outer surface away from the foil layer.
Please provide the tea cake size, wrapper and box materials, sealing position, identity model, target phones, memory requirement, artwork, NFC content, quantity and destination country.
