Products Description

NFC Temperature Sensor Tag is an active NFC temperature tag based on a customized chip from IDS Microchip AG. The tag works at 13.56MHz and supports ISO15693. It has 1024 bytes of memory and a built-in 1.8V paper battery, so it can record temperature data without an external power supply.

The standard size is 86 × 54mm, with other sizes available for different applications. The antenna uses 9μm etched aluminum on a 50μm PET substrate, keeping the label thin and flexible. The temperature range is -30°C to +85°C, with accuracy up to ±0.5°C.

Temperature data can be checked through a compatible NFC device. NFC Temperature Sensor Tag can be used for cold chain shipments, pharmaceutical storage, food transportation, laboratory samples, and other products where temperature history needs to be kept.
