overview
RFID UHF LED Label combines UHF RFID identification with a remotely controlled LED indicator. When the RFID reader sends a command, the LED can light up or flash, helping operators quickly identify a specific item among a large number of tagged products.
The tag uses the CAB0/VBL chip and supports the ISO18000-6C GEN2 V2 protocol. With a thin 100 × 12 × 0.2 mm design and adhesive backing, it can be attached to products, shelves, bins, tools, and other assets.
The tag is suitable for applications where the system can identify an item digitally, but staff still need to locate it physically.

ROI Benefits
In many warehouses and production areas, the RFID scan itself is not the slowest part. The time is often spent physically finding the item after the system has identified it.
For example:
Average manual search time: 2–5 minutes per item
With RFID identification + LED indication: often reduced to 30–90 seconds
Time saved: approximately 1.5–4 minutes per search
If a warehouse handles 100 item searches per day, saving just 2 minutes per search means:
200 minutes saved per day
Around 16–17 hours saved per week
More than 800 working hours saved per year based on 250 working days
At a labor cost of US$15–25 per hour, this represents a potential labor value of approximately US$12,000–20,000 per year.
frequently ask question
Q: How is the LED activated?
A: The RFID reader sends a command to the tag, triggering the LED to light up or flash.
Q: Can the LED be controlled individually?
A: Yes. The RFID system can identify a specific tag and trigger its LED, allowing operators to locate the required item.
Q: Can the label be printed or customized?
A: Yes. The PET surface supports customized printing, and EPC/user data encoding can also be provided according to project requirements.
Q: Can it work with existing RFID systems?
A: It supports the ISO18000-6C GEN2 V2 protocol and can be integrated with compatible UHF RFID readers and software systems.
