Case Reference
Here are the steps to implement RFID port and sea cargo management:
1. Enter the material information inside the container into the lead seal label, such as material number, name, quantity, etc.
2. After putting the wire into the keyhole and hanging it on the container, the RFID smart seal has been locked and cannot be opened again.
3. Deploy RFID readers at the exit. When the container passes through the reader, the container cargo information is automatically collected and uploaded to the management system.
4. When the collected data cannot match the database data, the vehicle barrier will not be raised, and the administrator needs to check whether there is a problem with the container.
KEY FEATURE
Strong anti-counterfeiting: Each RFID seal label has a unique code, which is difficult to copy and forge.
Anti-tampering alarm: Once the seal is damaged, the system can immediately send an alarm signal, preventing the item from being stolen or tampered with.
Non-contact identification: There is no need to directly contact the seal label, and fast and accurate reading can be achieved through radio frequency signals.
Easy operation: The use process of RFID seal labels is simpler and faster, and does not require the use of complex tools or equipment.
